I follow the help instruction to set my Fitbit pay, however at the main screen it doesn't show the option wallet.
To find it I need to enter apps - my apps - wallet.
Clicking at option wallet it doesn't give me the options to set the card information.
Kindly, how to proceed?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @LeoBueno. I am sorry for the delayed response.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the difficulty you're experiencing with setting up the Fitbit Pay and adding a payment card to the Wallet. Thank you for your efforts to resolve this and following the instructions from this help article: What should I know about Fitbit Pay?
I recommend confirming if your card works with the Fitbit Pay at the Supported Banks and Transit List. Please also verify if you've set the "Profile Settings Location" in the app to your country of residence: Tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture > your name. Look for the option "Add Location".
Let me know how it goes!

Unfortunately it did not help. I already use my card on my phone for payments. And as suggested I put my location (Brazil), but it didn't work. For me it is clear that it is a configuration problem, because it does not even give me the option to register the card, only appears in the wallet application the option to uninstall. I am very disappointed, I feel stolen for the 199 euros I paid, both for myself and my wife.
But a really Tank you for your time 🙂

Hi @LeoBueno, thank you for your reply.
I appreciate your efforts and the additional details. Your feedback is appreciated, we're constantly working on improving our devices and user experiences. I totally understand how you are feeling and I am sorry for any disappointment.
Fitbit Pay is enabled for the top banks in the US and 200+ banks internationally in 27+ countries. We’re always expanding our bank partnerships that support Fitbit Pay. If you don’t see your bank on the list, you can contact your bank in a private communication or on social media and tell them that you want to use Fitbit Pay to make contactless payments from your Fitbit device. Ask your bank to see www.fitbit.com/fitbit-pay. Note: It’s up to your bank to decide if they want to support Fitbit Pay.
We're always improving the Fitbit Pay experience, and we’re interested in hearing more about the banks you want to see on the list of supported banks. I was making some research on the Feature Suggestions Board and was able to find this suggestion, you can comment and vote for it so it can be implemented in the future.
If there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.

Thank you so much for your explanation. Just to make it clear to me, the wallet app is not allowed in Brazil because fitbit does not have partnerships with banking intuitions here? I ask this, because as I said in the other comment, it is clear to me that the problem is with my specific watch, because I can't go to the application screen to register my credit card, you understand? The only option I have when I click on the APP wallet is the "uninstall" option. Actually, I've spent a great deal of money, and I feel cheated. Thanks again for your time. Abs, LB.
