Versa doesn't show when I open the app

 the versa always lost , i need add versa when i open the app .

@suulnn Welcome to the Community. Sorry for the delayed reply. 

 

It's pretty weird that your Versa isn't showing on the app.

 

I would like you to make sure that you're logging into the same account everytime you're opening the app. Also, confirm that your Versa has been set up to your account. Once, it's paired to your account, it will automatically sync to it. Learn more about it by checking this article: How do Fitbit devices sync their data?
