Versa doesn't stay connected to my phone

How do I get my Versa Lite to stay connected to my android? My phone says its connected through bluetooth, but my watch isn't receiving the connection. I have restarted my phone, my fitbit, disconnected bluetooth and reconnected. It just doesn't want to stay connected. It's very frustrating.

@Tray005, I'm sorry for the late response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the connection issues that your Versa is experiencing with your phone, I appreciate the time spent trying the troubleshooting steps you mentioned above before contacting our forums.

 

Please let me know what is the brand and model of your phone. In the meantime, please try removing the Fitbit Versa from your phone's Bluetooth devices. After this, try syncing your watch again and see if the issue gets fixed.
