Versa doesn’t stay on after taken from charger

My versa doesn’t stay on after I take it from the charger. I can see the screen come while it’s on the charger but a s I take it off, it won’t stay on.

It is not an always-on screen.  Rotate your wrist to turn on the display.  The length it stays on can be adjusted in settings.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I won’t come on with the buttons either. I’ve held the buttons to restart
it and the Diamond comes on, then it shuts off again. When it’s on the
charger in can use it but when I take it from the charger it’s almost like
it dies.
