Versa doesn't switch on and screen only works while on charger

My Fitbit versa not turning on. It is just black screen. However it only works when on the charger and also shows 100%. I even tried restarting it by pressing left and right bottom buttons. But it didn't start at all. Please help me to solve this issue.
