Since this morning my versa didn’t sync anymore with my phone or I pad. If I check the Bluetooth on my phone it can’t find the versa. Also the clock is getting behind fist it was 3 minutes and now its already 20 minutes.
i tried everything they write nothing worked, at last I removed the versa from the app and tried to install it again but now the app can’t find the versa anymore it looks like there’s something wrong with the Bluetooth reception from the versa.
Does anyone know what to do?

Hello Gracie
I am as frustrated as you.I received my fitbit as a christmas present so have had it approximately 6 months.
Unexpectedly on June 27th 2019,my clock face reset itself without prompting, to the original clockface which i had when i first received the versa. Since then, the watch is slowing in time and refusing to sync.It will sync eventually after numerous attempts and the clock will read the correct time briefly only for the watch to start losing time again maybe 10 minutes later. Once again i try to sync and receive sync error messages. This is happening as i speak, trying to sync, getting the red circle exclamation mark, clock running behind, eventually managing to sync, then it starts all over 10 minutes or so later.
I don't know what to suggest but hope somebody reads this and offers a solution. I'm wondering whether there was an update from fitbit last week that has affected the time of these devices. I have no idea how to find out when the latest update took effect. I find it incredibly frustrating as to why a digitized device would lose time.

I am having the same problem. Bluetooth not working. Keeps time ok...however no more heartrate and no more step counting. Only if I start a workout will it work.

Hello Shorty
So annoying isn't it. I find it really grating that people are paying alot of money for these fitbit devices only to discover that they do not work correctly. Are we all being ripped off and taken for a ride? who knows!!
All i can see is that there are hundreds of negative comments about these fitbit watches and there never seems to be a decent solution apart from reinstalling the app or switching the fitbit off or resetting 3 times etc....!! Same old repetitive suggestions which do not work.
I cannot offer you a solution but hope somebody from fitbit technical will see our posts and offer some viable and helpful feedback.

Same! It’s happened in the past using the app on my iPad, and now I’m having the exact same issue with my iPhone not being able to find the Versa. It’s very frustrating.
Hey Fitbit: fix your product! You have a customer base that wants to love your product, but you’re giving us inferior items.

Sorry to keep ranting here.I also find it ridiculous that a watch is not linked automatically to real time, what is the point of asking us to select timezones for the clock when it appears the time shown is reliant on constantly syncing your device with your phone? I was under the impression that syncing allows your stats i.e steps, exercise, food etc.. to be linked to your app so you get a clearer picture of your goals in a more reader friendly format.
I never thought syncing would apply to time which should be independent and linked digitally to a time zone rather like a computer. I've never had to keep 'syncing' my laptop or my phone to keep the time correct.
What happens if i go away for the day without my phone and am unable to sync and am reliant on the time on my fitbit? I will have no way of knowing what the correct time is because the **ahem**ed thing keeps losing time!!
Fitbit need to sort this out as well as the appalling syncing issues. I keep getting a red circle with exclamation mark each time i try to sync, this is currently my 8th attempt after my last sync 16 minutes ago because my time is running 2 minutes behind already. (after only 16 minutes).
I feel like returning this and getting the money back that my poor other half appears to have wasted.
It is strange that all of these problems only surfaced last week after owning the watch for 6 months.
