Versa doesn't track my workouts

My fit bit versa isn't tracking the number of minutes I'm working out on equipment. It also doesn't match my heart rate taken by the machine I'm working on. How do I fix this?

Hey @garnernrg, let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! Let me ask you this, what activity are you performing? Are you using the SmartTrack feature or did you select the exercise on your Versa? 

 

Now about the heart rate, I would suggest you not to compare the results obtained with your Versa, with those tracked by the machine, since both use different algorithms to get that data so of course that you'll see a slight difference. So let me also know, what is the range of difference between the machine and your Versa? Is it too high?
