Versa doesn't track runs on Strava

My fit bit finds it difficult to connect to my phone GPS to track my runs on strava.  Any advice.

Hi @malcleahair, due to the recent events, I apologize for the delayed response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit Community.

 

I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it doesn't connect with your phone's GPS and doesn't track runs on Strava.

 

Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, try revoking access from Fitbit and Strava, then connect both apps again. Also, I'd like to share this help article which explains how the GPS feature works on your Fitbit device.
