Versa doesn't turn on or take a charge

My Versa went off. I put it on the charger but it does not react on the charger.  Tried all the buttons with no response, but can't get it to come back on. I purchased a new charger just to rule it out, only to have the same issue. I have tried the restart procedure several times with no change.

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.

@JuanJoFitbit Thank you for your respons. I left the fitbit on the charger for 3 hours. It gets really hot and it still won't work.
