Versa doesn't turn on

My Versa has just died on me

Was playing up earlier couldn't swipe between screens now clock face is blank App says it's fully charged 

Can't reset it as can get watch to fire up 😣😣

Hi @S.Kerr I'm sorry to hear you are having a problem. Have you tried holding down the left button and the bottom right and waiting 30 or more seconds to see if the Fitbit logo will appear? If you sync to your mobile is it still tracking steps even though the screen is black?

Thank you for responding I tried holding down the buttons as suggested and NO 

Yes my Fitbit is still recognised on app steps and data were recorded

It was bizarre as about 6pm last night the watch started going crazy moving between screens freezing not allowing me any control.

I tried to get to settings on the watch but no luck I got the Fitbit Logo and then nothing? 

Gutted as not had it very long 😣😣
