Versa doesn't sync with the phone fitbit app, it last synced on the 8th of August. GPS does no connect

Let's start with the sync issue. Have you done a soft reset of the Versa? Just hold down the left and bottom right buttons for about 10 seconds. Once the Fitbit logo apoears, the restart was successful.
