Been having problems syncing my Fitbit versa of late, but tonight I wanted to set my notifications so calls come through on my Fitbit (on call for the first time tonight and dreading missing my phone going!). Couldn't get notifications to work so tried the usual troubleshooting to no avail, the next step was factory reset so set that away and it comes up with a big red cross and says data not cleared, sync and try again. So doing that and the app says no device found. Please help!

Sorry @SunsetRunner I'm not sure what your "this" is referring to or what pro Ken is not solved for you. Apparently the issue @Lucy2318 was having has been resolved.
If your having an issue, it would be helpful to start a new thread with info on your problem.
