Versa draining within 24 hours and won't sync

I've been in contact with Fitbit four times over the past 24 hours to resolve this issue.  I have followed a long list of action items to try to resolve the issue.  Nothing has worked.  My watch is less than a year old!  So disappointing.

Any recommends before I toss it and move on?

I'm having the same issue after the update call customer service and explain the same issue and was told they cannot do anything, I think this is unexceptionable after spending $200. for this watch why have update if they see all the compliant about the battery life why can't they fix this issue, never had an issue until this last update very disappointed.
