Versa drains battery within less than 12 hours

I’m having to charge my versa every night as the battery is completely dead when it used last 4/5 days! I’ve tried to restart the factory settings as advised in another forum. I’ve charged it up and with in 2 hours it’s 70%! Help??? Any ideas???

Mine did the exact same thing and the heartbeat sensor went out. I had to unfortunately replace it 😞

Same thing has started happening to my 2 year old Versa. I contacted support. I wonder what options they will give me...if any at all. I would hope a Smartwatch would last more than 2 years....
