So frustrating! I had over 5,000 steps in today and it seems to like 2,655 as the number for today. Keeps going back to that number after updating steps and next thing they’re gone.
App up to date, Versa reset. IOS devices.
Gonna have to find a non FitBit device that tracks accurately. Shame as I’ve used FitBit for years. Sucks as I only got the Versa in May for Mother’s Day.

No resolution. I get to toss this bloody $200 device in the trash.
Please folks, save your money - don’t buy the Versa. It doesn’t work as advertised and the only support does is have you reset it. Warranty doesn’t apply at all.
Sadly after almost 10 years using Fitbit products, I’m looking for a new product to save up for and not tracking my steps and exercise until I have saved up for a new device.
