Can you wear your Versa during bikram (hot) yoga)? I know there's no activity setting for hot yoga, but is it safe to wear during class?

I can't think of any reason why not.

My thought was the heat may ruin the screen so I thought I would ask before
trying it. Thanks!

I should clarify I'm not familiar specifically with Bikram yoga, but from manual:

Environmental conditions
Operating Temperature 14° to 113° F
(-10° to 45° C)
Non-operating Temperature -4° to 14° F
(-20 to -10° C)
113° to 140° F
(45° to 60° C)
Water Resistance Water resistant up to 50 meters
Maximum Operating Altitude 28,000 feet

From my own experience (novice fitbit)..

I found with bikram, the heart monitor sensor loses connectivity with you wrist due to excessive moisture. So you just have blank spots around the time of exercise...

so that being said, how well does it work for swimming ?

anyone use it regularly ...

I wear mine during hot yoga classes (bikram, vinyasa, pilates) and it recognizes the workout happening. I just have to log it in as regular yoga after the fact but it gives me a general idea of my heart rate. I would not wear it swimming, it's just water resistant not water proof.

Do not wear it swimming. It is just water resistant, not water proof!
