My Versa has been not keeping a charge the last few days. I have tried to change the clock face, restarting it, making sure it is updated etc. and it still does not hold a charge. For example, my Versa was charging overnight, had 100% charge this morning and put it on at 6:30 am, by 1:00 it was down to 57%. I’m getting frustrated by it and not wanting to wear it but need to know the time. Any suggestions?

Same here. My versa required charging ~q4-6 days until last week (~3/18/2020)... Since then, I have to charge it at least once per day...
I have wasted a lot of time reading support forums and trying different suggestions/recommendations, but to no avail. I suspect this is something on FitBit's end, not ours.

I thought Fitbits had long battery life. I used to have terrible battery life, but then I got rid of the stats heavy clock faces I had on it and now my Versa lasts for 5 days? I usually don’t let the battery go down very low.
