Versa email notifications only showing "clear" option

I am using a Fitbit Versa with an iPhone. Notifications for gmail and the iOS app are appropriately forwarding to my Fitbit; however, these notification only show a "clear" option. I would like to archive emails from my fitbit. Is this possible? Thank you!
