For a second time my Fitbit drops my steps for the day to under 10 or 0 and makes my active minutes
1445. I have reset it and synced and uninstalled app and nothing helps. It happened from July 13th - July 25th (only noticed going back as it has changed). And now since Sunday it is changing every day, I have the jiff app that takes my steps from Fitbit so I can see what they were. Please help! My Versa was purchased in May.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. I would like to know if you are manually logging any type of activity that might be taking away your steps and adding active minutes? If so, I recommend deleting those activities and see if your information goes back to normal. Or you can also provide me with some screenshots.
