Versa exercise icon isn't staying on

With my semi new Versa, when I tap the Exercise or Coach icon they pop up for a second then close themselves out. Before, the exercise icon stayed open with the tool gear showing and I could touch/move to the different activities. I did all the usual stuff of powering down, forget my device, etc.

 

That said: I need help! 😢😖😢

Try rebooting Versa several times in a row. If this doesn't help, perform factory reset (wipe Versa).

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this issue. To restart your watch, please do the following:

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
