My Blaze wouldn't last but a few hours after a charge. Worked with Fitbit testing and syncing it. Fitbit determined bad battery which is not replaceable, offered 25% discount on older models. I got a battery on Ebay ($15) replaced it myself, not to hard with soldering iron, same problem, so not the battery. I replaced it with a Versa (love it).
Now the good news, if you brought the Fitbit with a credit card, there is a chance that you have an extended warranty, I have a MasterCard, call your card's help line to see if you might be covered. They requested the following items. Store receipt for original purchase, credit card statement of purchase, copy of the original warranty, repair estimate or statement from Fitbit explaining the issues (this was the most challenging, you can copy the conversation with Fitbit). Since, I had already replaced it with another the copy of the receipt for it.

I am sorry to hear about what happened with your Blaze but it's great to know that you purchased a Versa which included an extended warranty with your credit card. I know that some friends that are interested in buying a Versa will find your information really helpful.
