Up until 2 days ago, my Versa was working PERFECTLY. Now, it dies in 4 hours and the HR feature stopped working. I've completed all the suggestions regarding Versa battery usage and it's still losing power just not as fast. The HR problem was noticed today as I was doing my cardio WO: 0 heart rate.
Please help.

Had the same issue for about 3 days after I did the latest versa update. Battery life went from never being an issue to lasting 4-6 hours max.
First noticed this because the battery life stopped lasting through night during sleep hours so I tried charging up to 100% before putting on for bed 11-12 pm and it still couldnt make it to the morning 6:30-7:00 am.
After a few days of 4-6 hour battery life, I put the versa on the charger in the morning when I woke up and the device had zero battery and now the versa no longer shows that’s it charges at all. It’s been sitting on the charger for a week no luck.
is this a software issue or a battery problem? Had versa for about a year and a half before updating last month and never had any problems. Help please.
