Versa face black since yesterday - HELP

My Versa screen went black yesterday. Over the past 24 hours I have charged it overnight and pressed the left and bottom right buttons in attempts to correct the issue - nothing. PLEASE HELP!

Mine started doing the same thing yedterday also. I've tried the hard reset and a new charger and nothing is working.

Mine did the same thing.  Screen went black and charging or the reset doesn't bring it back.  

Anyone know how to help?
