Versa face stopped turning on

My versa stopped responding to the left button to turn on the face around 1:35 this morning.  It won't respond when plugged in and shows it is fully charged and syncing according to the app.  I have attempted both holding the left and bottom buttons to restart and all three buttons for over 3 minutes for reset.  Nothing.  Thought it was totally dead until the preset alarm I have programmed went off and it lit up with the alarm time and check mark to turn it off.  Once I turned the alarm off  it was back to being unresponsive.  The green flickering light underneath is also not active.  Not sure what else to do.  I appreciate any help.

I am having the same problem.  My Versa kept shutting down all day.  It is fully charged and now it just won't come back on.  I cleaned the pins on the back earlier and that had no effect.  No green lights in the back.  Completely dead.
