Versa face won't turn on

It started with my watch face having steaks, then jumping around, now nothing. It's fully charged and tracking my movement, according to my phone app. I've restarted it, turned it off and on, and attempted a factory reset. With each attempt to fix it it got worse. Any ideas?

Hi @LauraAO, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since the screen won't turn on. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

In order to avoid providing the same information, I would like to know how the factory reset was performed. Was it done as described below?

  1. On the device, hold all three buttons for about 10 to 12 seconds.
  2. When the Fitbit logo disappears, quickly release the bottom right button, continuing to hold down the left and top right buttons (releasing the bottom right button as soon as the logo disappears is time sensitive).
  3. When the device vibrates, release all buttons.
  4. Wait for approximately 1-2 minutes while the device clears all data. Eventually, the Fitbit logo appears and the device boots and displays Fitbit.com/setup.

Keep me posted.

When I tried to do the factory reset, as you described, it never vibrated.
Now it's completely unresponsive and won't do anything. Not sure what other
options there are.
