Versa fell apart

My versa 2 is 2 years old and the face has fallen out of it. 

Would like to speak to someone about it

My versa 2 is also 2 years old and this is the response I received;

We appreciate your time and efforts in troubleshooting the heart rate issue on your Versa 2with us thus far. Based on the recommendations being unsuccessful for you, the next step for us would be to look into your Fitbit's warranty.

After reviewing your account, we see that your tracker falls outside Fitbit's limited warranty, as we base our warranty on the tracker's purchase date and therefore isn’t eligible for replacement. (1year)

I have a 200 dollar fossil watch that has a 10 year warranty on it and Fitbit response is 35% off a new watch, that’s a joke. Why would I give you another 260 dollars to be in this exact same situation?
