Versa finds headphones but stuck in pairing mode

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

So I've connected my wireless headphones countless of times to my versa, but for some reason it just won't work anymore. I've tried restarting the phone, buds and watch. I've tried toggling music to pair in Bluetooth settings on my app and turning off interfering devices. My watch finds the earbuds, but refuses to connect. Just stuck in "Pairing JIB Wireless" and a loading screen.

Help me please!

Can other devices connect ok 'play music' to the headphones?

Then you know it is not the headphones.

I had this with my Aftershokz.

My workaround was to factory reset the Versa, reinstall the app & set up again the Versa 'as if from new'.  But, I do that regular now 'with any operating issues' as I have found, to date, it is a 100% generic turnkey fix & 1st time.

Yes. The headphones connects instantly to my phone, laptop and other devices. The watch syncs with my phone and laptop. I don't understand what the problem is. Can you or someone give me some step by step fixes? I also deleted the devices from my paired list on my phone. Both headphones and watch and cleared app cache. I'm really scratching my head now. It worked fine before.
