i am having a slow download of the firmware on my new Versa. It has been 4 hours at 32%.  Any suggestion because I need to setup my wife's Versa?  If it is going to take this long to do, I might as well take both units back to store and get the Fitbit Charge 3.

@jt43 did you set up wifi or are you doing it over bluetooth? Make sure both devices (phone and versa) are extremely close to the router... By close I mean nearly on top.

Thank you, that suggesting work great on my wife's Versa Fitbit. It took the download less than 25 minutes over wifi to complete the entire process.
