Versa firmware not updating after long hiatus

I've not used my Versa in a long time. I finally charged it and got it back up and running today but the firmware wasn't updated. I did a factory reset, cleared everything out of my phone and reinstalled the app. Set up my device again and it is still stuck on the 32.331.30 firmware. I know that's not a newer one. Any way to fix without calling customer support?

Yes, just wait a few days.  Firmware update do not come instantly.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Good to know. I've not ever let my device go this long without being charged. We're talking about 9 months, or more. And I know that the firmware is super outdated. Thanks for the insight.
