Versa firmware update can't be completed

I have been trying to update my Fitbit Versa for months... it never works....i thought that I had it almost complete today.  Then after two hours it just stopped/stalled and never completed!  Someone please help!

I'd like you to follow the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. These steps are helpful for this type of issues. Once you try them, run the firmware update again and see if the update gets completed.
