Versa firmware update killed my battery

Sigh. Everything has been going well with my versa (the original, I pre-ordered in 2018). I did the firmware update a couple of days ago and it's completely killed my battery. I was getting 5-6 days and now I'm getting 18 hours or less. I charged it to 100% and it was in the 60% range by afternoon. Last night, before bed I charged it to 83% and this morning it's at 45%. The connections are clean, I've reset it by holding down the buttons and waiting for the fitbit logo. I always keep my watch on DND and use a fitbit issued clock face (which I updated last night just in case). What else can I do?

Hi @Extrachubbylady

I'm sorry to hear you having an issue since the update. I've heard this from a couple of people and what I've see work thus far, is doing multiple restarts. I see you tried doing that already, but will you please try doing it several times in a row, each time wait for the Fitbit logo to appear and restart completely, then do the restart again, and again. The third time did the trick on my husbands Versa.

Fingers crossed that works for you too.
