So I just got a new Versa watch, I charged it for 2 hours immediately.
It said i needed a firmware update however it just does not work, either it fails or freezes--this is leaving it on the charger and I've left it to update overnight. I've tried it through wifi and via bluetooth, both do not work.
I've reset the watch several times, I've even removed it from the app and re-added it. Now after I've re-added it, it "fails to sync" and still won't do the update for me.
I was also very disappointed to wear it yesterday (fully charged at 7am) to have it die around 11am.
I haven't used it long enough to even get music or weather on it so can't see what could be causing the battery to die so quickly.
Any advise/recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
