Versa fitbit will not start or charge after factory reset.

After factory resetting my versa fitbit, it will not charge or restart. I have yried holding buttons for 15 seconds, 3 minutes,buying a new charger, cleaning the contacts. Any other ideas?

Unfortunately Factory resetting occasionally has some problems where the watch remains dead afterwards. It happened to me.

Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
