Versa flashing and showing white lines

I woke up this morning with my versa screen saying 0% so I plugged it in. When I did go back to check on the battery it showed me white lines going down and some slow flashing??? What can I do it solve this or is it dead?! I tried the 3 button restart and it was slow still flashing. I also tried to change the clock face and the same thing happened!! Please help me!!!!
