Versa flashing green and red even when not worn

Hi

I was lucky enough to get 2 versas for christmas. One of them works perfectly i think. When i take it off it stops flashing on the underside. But the second one flashes 24 hrs a day even if not worn and the battery does not last then. Is that normal that they are completely different? Is there anything i can do to change this function or is it a fault?

@Lissie117  Settings > Heartrate  switch to off.  Normally you wear the Versa all day and night and hence the light will be flashing all the time. It is meant like this. But some ppl find it annoying if the green light keeps flashing when you take it off. Then you can manually override this.
