My Fitbit is 5 days old and just starting freezing. If I swipe up to view today’s stats the screen freezes and then none of the buttons work. It also continues to turn off and on continually by itself. It’s brand new and shouldn’t be doing this. I attempted to call customer service and but they were unhelpful.

@Ama915 Try restarting it by holding in the left and bottom right buttons until the fitbit logo appears. If that doesn't work, do a factory reset and set it up again: 1) Delete from bluetooth on your phone; 2) Factory reset in Settings/ About app on watch; 3) Add a new device in fitbit app on your phone. If that doesn't work, I'm afraid you're stuck with customer service. And I agree they're not real helpful.

Mine does the same thing except I have the Versa 2. I've had it for maybe a month and a half now and I will try and touch the screen and it will freeze up and once I press the power button, it will not turn back on and shuts off until maybe 5 minutes later and it turns itself back on and then it works fine, until the same thing happens again, and it happens a lot. Really confused on how to fix it.
