Versa frozen on logo screen

My Versa has frozen on the logo screen and will not reboot, connect or move despite being turned on and off a number of times it just returns to this screen. And does not do anything.

this is a replacement watch as my other one just stoped working, this is only 3 months old!

Remove both old and new watches from you Fitbit account and from Bluetooth.

Logout of the Fitbit App and restart the phone then

Add the watch with "+ Set up a Device"
