Versa frozen on logo

Versa sucks. Gives me nothing but problems. Music disconnects all the time- WiFi needs to be reset all the time- won’t sync- and now it’s frozen stuck on the logo screen and I can’t even use it. I’ll never buy one of these again. Garbage.

No, because they clearly never answer the question. They just respond with the same thing over and over again to people, with a solution that doesn’t work.
