My versa has frozen on a screen saying 'short cut Press and hold button to access preset shortcuts'
I have tried to turn it off using back and bottom left button but it won't turn off. Could my back button be broken?
This happened after I updated .....

Hey have you got a fix? I’m experiencing the same issue after I upgrade my versa last night.

I fixed. Just scroll down and you can find a save button at bottom. Click save it. Then it can work.

Same thing happened to my versa today. I called customer service but was not able to help.. it’s still frozen. This happens after I updated it.. and then they said it’s out of warranty. This is so sad.

What happened at the end? I’m trying to fix mine. It does not seem possible. Is it?
