I brought my fitbit versa in December 2018 as Christmas present and as of the 25th Feb 2020 my fitbit has completely frozen on the clock screen. I can't access any of the other fitbit features. Could not turn my alarm set on it off for two days until I did a reset and manged to turn it off after reboot, then the fitbit froze again. I installed the resent update in hope the matter was going to be fixed but it has not worked. Now the battery is not even lasting a day. I can no longer wear it as I cant use it as constantly frozen and a constant DEAD battery!

I have the exact same problem in the exact same time frame. I cannot find a way to fix it. Except mine won't turn on again because it seems that it won't take a charge. I even bought another charger to make sure it wasn't a charging problem.
