Versa fully charged but won’t do anything

My versa is fully charged but the screen is blank and no flashing lights on the back, I have tried resetting it and it won’t reset! 

I have tried charging it but it says 0% on the screen then turns off again but the app says it’s fully charged which is more likely the case as it’s been on charge all night! 

I love my Fitbit, only had it a few months!

Hi, sorry to read this. I advice you to call Customer Support about this issue, it's most likely a hardware problem.
