Versa fully charged on charging cradle, but turns off abt 10 sec after removing

My Versa stopped working yesterday. I put it on the charger to see if it was dead and it was 100%. Took it off charger and it went dead within 10 seconds. Can’t reset because it dies when I take it off the charger. Please help. Thanks!
