Versa gets indication for text but can't open.

I have Moto z droiD. Synced my versa. Received notification that I have message, but can't open them. It goes right back to clock.

Is the device you are trying to sync to a supported device?

Hey @Jowi1958, welcome aboard! The phone model that you currently have, the Moto Z Droid, isn't on the list of compatible devices, so it is not guaranteed that all the features from your Versa will work as expected, however, if your Versa used to get notifications without inconvenience and now you are just getting the message "New message" and can't review your notifications, I'd like you to try the following: 

1. Open your "Messages" app on your Android device.

2. Go to "Settings."

3. Click on "Notifications."

4. Make sure there is a checkmark next to "Preview Message"
