I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the issue you're experiencing with your Fitbit Versa not vibrating when you get the notifications. Thank you for your efforts to resolve the issue. Please refresh the notifications setting on your watch: from the clock screen, hold the back button and swipe to the quick settings screen. Turn off/on the setting. I also recommend confirming the troubleshooting steps from this post which helped some users to resolve the issue.

If the issue persists, please let me know if your watch vibrates for other things like alarms?

Please keep me posted.

Mine is doing this same thing. I have done all of the steps and the same problem. I can swipe down and see all of the notifications that are current but it never shows up on my watch. They’re just there. No alert. Doesn’t pop up on screen. No vibrations. Vibration works. I tested with an alarm.
