I Just got my versa, it connected fine to my phone, but when i connect it to my windows 10 computer, it could not see my tracker. As i wanted to put music on it this was not satisfactory result. So i reset to factory defaults and attached it to my windows 10 computer it saw my tracker but seems able only partial update my tracker to about 43% then just hangs left if for 24 hours...any ideas on how to get the tracker set up. thanks

Hello @frantic1965, I hope you're having a great day, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community!
Judging by your post, it appears your Fitbit Versa was able to set up in your account as it got stuck during the update. Now, before you begin the firmware update, make sure your watch is plugged into the charger and in range of your Wi-Fi network during the update. For best results, use your home or work Wi-Fi network. If you've never connected your watch to WiFi, see How do I connect my Fitbit watch to Wi-Fi?. If your Versa is having trouble updating with WiFi, please try the following:
If the update fails, restart your computer and try to update again. If your computer supports Bluetooth and if the Versa can't update through WiFi, follow the on-screen instructions in the Fitbit app to update your watch over Bluetooth instead. Note that firmware updates over Bluetooth may take significantly longer to complete. If the Versa is having trouble updating through Bluetooth try the following:
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.

I had similar issues with my new Versa yesterday. I resolved it by using the mobile app on my phone to setup the wi-fi. The update ran smoothly afterwards. Good luck!

No, it's just one method of doing so. I updated mine this morning through the app.

@VBran, no. Just do a force update as I explained here in my long post: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Versa/Versa-Firmware-Release-32-32-10-15/td-p/2690045/page/11

After my firmware upgrade failed several times via wifi & blue tooth I did a factory reset and started as a new device.
Everything then worked - Wifi and bluetooth so suggest its the best option as soon as you hit problems.

Hello Marco,
Hope you are doing fine.
I am experiencing similar problem with my versa 3, it is stuck now and not getting switched on. This happened during the firmware update. Not able to do force restart as well. Getting the device vibration frequently, I guess it is trying to restart but not working. Any solution to resolve the problem is much appreciated.
