About a week ago my versa started getting stuck on certain screens.  Then the left side button stopped working and now it wont even charge!  It's like the dang thing crashed ir something!!!  Please help...

@Creativity107 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it gets stuck on certain screens and the left button won't work properly.

 

Please use a toothpick around the left button in order to clean or remove any dust that this part of the watch accumulates.

 

After this, restart your Versa as described in this help article. Finally, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issues get fixed.
