My wife's VERSA is getting stuck and not recording steps. We have ensured her phone is charged, yet it will work and then get stuck, like at 274 steps and then after a few hundred steps will start up again and then will get stuck again. I have put it on with the same results. Any suggestions? Thank you!

@BryanBalch it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your wife's Fitbit Versa since it gets stuck on steps counting.
Please have your wife to restart her Fitbit Versa as described in this help article. After this, ask her to change the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and monitor the watch for the next 24 hours in order to see if the issue gets fixed.
