Hello,

My girlfriend has a Fitbit Versa and this give mostly of the time no heartbeat mostly they stand on 0. And the sleep registration is mostly not correct, he say that she sleeping when she is working of look at tv. What the do?

If your girlfriend's Versa isn't registering her heart rate information, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provided there. Once you fix the heart rate issue, it should properly register her sleep information too.
