I wear my watch every day and just noticed that the glass is lifting off the watch itself. I've only had it less than a year, is there a way to fix it, or so I have to get a new one?

@KrisDC I am afraid there's no easy fix beside taping it and putting it in a case. You can get one from Amazon. You can try reaching out to Customer Support but I am afraid this type of damage is not covered under the standard warranty. Please contact CS anyways, perhaps they will be able to advise. Good luck.

Thanks -- I'm on a roll with hitting the gym and don't want/need any hiccups -- including my watch to fall apart. I appreciate the advice.

Hi there! I'm having the same issue with my screen lifting. What was the outcome from customer service?
Thank you!

HI,
Sorry for the delay. When I reached out to them it was determined my warranty was still good, so they replaced the watch itself. Definitely worth going to them directly.
