I had Versa since dec 2019. It continually reverts back to the fit bit logo. The app cannot find it. I have done a soft reset. Deleted and reinstalled the app, Updated my phone, turned Bluetooth on and off and reset as new on the app. I have called customer support about 4 times. They asked me to sync at least four times in 24 hours so they could see if the battery was draining. The thing is if it’s not working I cannot sync it. It comes and goes. It’s been four days now and nothing. The last phone call I had with support they told me to update my phone, I have and still no joy. I am fed up, just want my money back for the useless thing. Anybody have this problem?

Hi @Joked3, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa reverts to the Fitbit logo often. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.

Sounds exactly like what mine is doing. Lucky for you that you bought yours under a year ago! Get some of that replacement support going in your favor

Thank goodness it was still under warranty. I finally got offered a replacement versa 2. I finally have my Fitbit back 👍🏽
